Free shipping is valid on all orders over $50 from SoleSociety.com, delivering to addresses in the contiguous U.S. only. Purchase of gift cards, taxes, and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and offer cannot be applied to such items. Some promotions may preclude free shipping offer. Offer only valid for one shipping address per order. *Regular shipping rates will apply for orders seeking expedited shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Sole Society will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

Shipping Options and Timing

Sole Society packages are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from New Jersey and California. To be certain your items are packed with care, we generally ask for 2 business days to process each order before it ships. Delivery costs and arrival dates will vary, depending on where packages are being delivered.

To meet our customers' needs, we offer the following shipping options:

  • Ontrac: (5-10 business days) - Free for orders over $50
  • UPS Ground (3-5 business days)-  Free for orders over $50
  • Ontrac or UPS Ground cost for orders less than $50 is $4.95
  • UPS 2 Day Select- $9.95
  • UPS 3 Day Select- $12.95
  • UPS Next Day Air - $21.95

At this time, Sole Society can only ship orders in the contiguous United States. 

Sole Society does not ship to the following:

  • International Addresses
  • PO Boxes
  • Guam/Virgin Islands

For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct, to avoid delays in order processing. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your order may also be delayed if additional verification of billing information is necessary.

Ontrac (3-5 business days)

  • Orders can take up to 5 business days to be delivered.
  • Delivery time varies depending on the ship state. 

UPS Ground (3-5 business days)

  • UPS Ground packages are generally delivered anytime Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday.
  • UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day. 
  • Ground Time-in-Transit Maps provide full-color U.S. maps illustrating the number of transit days for delivery via UPS ground services within the 50 states. 

Expedited Shipping (UPS 3-Day and UPS Next Day Air)

PLEASE NOTE: Non-Sole Society brand items CANNOT be expedited and will be shipped directly from the vendor

All expedited orders need to be received prior to 11:00 AM PST for same day processing (excludes weekends or holidays).
Expedited orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed the following business day (excludes weekends or holidays).
At this time, we are unable to cancel any Orders that have Expedited Shipping selected. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Expedited Shipping charges are not returnable or refundable.


Alaska and Hawaii
 

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via UPS Ground and have a shipping cost of $12.95. 

Address updates with UPS MyChoice

For UPS address changes, we encourage customers to create a “UPS My Choice” membership, which allows them to use features to reschedule or redirect delivery to an alternative address or The UPS Store. Additionally, upgraded packages may arrive one day earlier.

Lost Packages

PLEASE NOTE: All lost packages must be reported within 30 days of your order's ship date

If you are reporting a lost package, please ensure the following steps are taken before contacting customer service.

Check the immediate area; including any mailbox, garage, porch, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package. Please also track your package online to see if there are any special instructions or updates listed.

If you still are unable to find your package, please contact us, and we will be happy to start a claim with the shipper.

Please note that package claims can take up to 8 business days to be completed.

During the claim process, the shipper will contact you to investigate this case.

Once the claim is closed, we will assist with a refund/replacement.

Please note that we are currently conducting our annual physical inventory which will cause delays in processing your order. No orders will ship out from 2/1 to 2/5. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.
